DPCC Plus: income $116,300-$166,100 regardless of household size, first-time buyer (3 years), a 620 mid score, and $1,500 minimum own funds plus demonstrated need. A ratified contract is required to reserve funds. The first mortgage can be Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA Rural or Virginia Housing.
