Program details change
Funding availability, income limits, purchase price caps and eligibility rules are set by the agencies that run these programs and change frequently. Some programs pause or close (for example SPARC and FirstHome Dream as of October 2026), and county programs are often funded first-come, first-served. Always confirm current guidelines with the agency and a licensed lender before making decisions.
