What we collect
When you submit the buyer program checker we collect your name, email address, phone number, the answers you give in the checker, your consent choices, and page attribution information such as the page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the link you used.
How we use it
To review which down payment assistance programs may fit your situation and to contact you about your home purchase. Submitting the form means you consent to be contacted by phone, text message and email.
Automated text messages
If you check the optional text-message box, you agree to receive an automated text message from (301) 835-1810 about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages.
Who we share it with
We do not sell the information you submit for money. Website cookie and advertising data is described under Cookies, Analytics and Advertising below. We share it only with lenders or service providers when it is necessary to review your eligibility or move your purchase forward, and only with your knowledge.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in a secured database and are accessible only to Ronnie Gilmer and authorized staff. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse.
Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. Using cookies such as _fbp, Meta collects the pages you view (including the page address), device and browser data, your IP address, and whether you start or finish the checker, tap a call or booking link, or submit the form. Meta may combine this with information from other websites and use it under its own policies to provide measurement and to target and deliver ads. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or your checker or form answers to Meta, and we have turned off Meta's automatic button and form capture. Google Analytics and our website host's analytics may also use cookies or similar technologies. Some state laws may treat advertising cookies like these as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising. To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (when we detect it, we do not load the Meta Pixel), or use https://optout.aboutads.info, https://optout.networkadvertising.org or your Meta ad settings at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.
